At Nitaa Om Wellness, we try to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service when it comes to fulfilling your orders. In order to do so, we have tie-ups with various logistics providers such as Shiprocket, etc. Depending on your address and type of product(s) ordered, we choose the best provider so that your order reaches you in the least possible time.
Nitaa Om Wellness accepts and delivers orders within the limit of available stocks. In case items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, the website will reflect the change. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we will inform you and give you a full refund as quickly as possible. In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Our logistics partners will try to deliver your order within the stipulated time, provided the intended recipient is available at the provided address to receive the order. In case the recipient is not available, they will try to contact and reschedule the delivery. In case our logistics partners fail to deliver the order, it will be returned to us. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Depending on your address, it may take upto 7-10 days for the shipment to reach you from the date of order placement. If there is a significant delay expected in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays to let our humans unwind and have time to do more stuff that matters to them. We request you to accommodate for this if applicable to your order.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided. Once an order has been placed, the system doesn’t allow to modify the shipping address so please fill it carefully. We do not ship to incomplete or P.O. box addresses.
Please provide all the details as applicable like apartment/floor/building number/landmark/company name etc. so that our delivery partner can reach you without any need of extra co-ordination as much as possible.
Damaged, Wrong or Lost Orders

Please don’t open or use the products and save all packaging materials and goods received for reference.
Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with our products, you can ask for an exchange or refund within 2 days from the date of order delivery. Please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or by phone at +91 8433999379 Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm IST for the same.
We have this policy because we strongly believe in the quality of our products, and hope that you will find as much confidence in them as we do.
We’ll be able to replace only those items that have not been opened with intact packaging.
You can cancel an order until it has not been shipped. Since we typically ship all pending orders within 24 hours, we request you to place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. You may do so by simply sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org (24×7) or by phone at +91 8433999379 (Monday through Friday, 10am to 6pm IST). Once your cancellation request is confirmed, any amount paid will be credited to the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it would not be possible for us to cancel the order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first of all, please check with the customer care of the mode of payment method used as any issue at their backend can’t be helped by us.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
